Worthy to seek more probation charges against Kilpatrick

Detroit -- Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy filed paperwork today indicating she will seek additional probation violation charges against former Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick. The Court of Appeals on Thursday granted a request by Kilpatrick's attorneys that will allow him to hold off paying restitution ordered by Wayne Circuit Judge David Groner. The appellate court stayed a probation violation arraignment that was scheduled today.
